Tabs Not Displaying Then Suddenly Working

Hi,
I was updating my site today and noticed that the WP UI tabs weren't working. Tab content showed but tabs did not.
I didn't change anything the site was working the day before and now the tabs didn't so strange. I also notice the demo tabs page wasn't working:

BUT its working now!
So what the heck is it linking to that suddenly stop being hosted and then started again? Im thinking it might of been my wp ui theme. Im using the Jquery smoothness theme.
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Easy way to host these themes on my site? Or should I just go thru instructions on use a custom theme? Thanks,

As a side note I did a few testing operations before it just worked on its own. I deactivated and reactivated all my plugins. Deleted about 20 I wasn't using/stoped using/don't need and rolled back plugins I recently updated. And a lot of other things like messing around with the settings and so on.
Nothing worked. I did the above because I once has a similar problem but it was a plugin Jquery conflict.
